1. Who is responsible

PrimeStudios develops and operates Disciplify and is responsible for the personal information processed directly through the app and this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@disciiplify.com.

2. Information we process

The information involved depends on how you use Disciplify:

  • Account information, such as email address, display name, profile photo, user ID and authentication provider.
  • Content and progress you create, including habits, goals, completions, reminders, notes, challenges, streaks, XP and preferences.
  • Purchase and entitlement information needed to verify Premium access. Disciplify does not receive your full card number.
  • Technical information needed for security, synchronization, diagnostics and notifications, such as device identifiers, app version, operating system and notification token.
  • Information you voluntarily include when contacting support or requesting account deletion.

Core habit information may remain locally on your device when you use Disciplify offline. Information is synchronized to the cloud when you sign in and synchronization is enabled.

3. Why information is used

  • Provide account access, offline tracking, synchronization and restoration of your data.
  • Calculate progress, streaks, achievements and personalized app functionality.
  • Schedule reminders and deliver notifications you choose to enable.
  • Verify purchases, restore Premium access and prevent unauthorized activation.
  • Protect the service, diagnose failures and respond to support or privacy requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.

Where applicable, processing is based on performance of the service you request, your consent, legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable product, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Service providers and international processing

Firebase and Google Cloud

Used for authentication, cloud synchronization and supporting infrastructure.

RevenueCat

Used to verify subscription and lifetime purchase entitlements.

Google Play and Apple

Used to distribute the app and process store purchases. Their own privacy policies govern information they process independently.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use their contractual and security safeguards where required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Storage and retention

Account and synchronized app information is retained while your account remains active and for the time reasonably needed to provide the service. After a valid deletion request, information associated with the account is deleted or anonymized unless retention is necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or transaction records.

Deleting Disciplify from your device does not automatically delete a cloud account. Use the in-app control or the public account deletion page.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and complain to your local data protection authority.

Notifications can be disabled in Disciplify or your device settings. Store subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play or Apple; deleting an account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Need to delete your account?

Use our dedicated page to understand what is deleted and send a request from the email connected to your account.

7. Security, children and policy changes

We apply access controls, encrypted connections and restricted administrative credentials designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and protect access to your device and email.

Disciplify is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us.

We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated in the app or on this website.
